Who we are

Little Rhody Box Co. (working name) is a small, owner-operated business based in southeastern Massachusetts that curates and ships gift boxes of factory-sealed, commercially packaged regional food products. We are an independent business: the brands featured in our boxes are the trademarks of their respective owners, and their inclusion does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Products and pricing

Box contents and prices may change between visits. The contents listed and the price shown at the time of purchase are what apply to your order. If a listed item becomes unavailable before packing, our no-surprise-substitutions policy applies.

Orders

We may cancel and fully refund an order we cannot fulfill — for example, an address outside our shipping area or a product-availability problem we cannot resolve with you.

Use of this site

Site content — text, photography, and design — belongs to us and may not be reused commercially without permission. Don't scrape the site abusively or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Liability

Products are provided with their original manufacturer labels; always review ingredient and allergen information before consuming. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
