Damaged or missing items

If your box arrives damaged, or something listed is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund — your choice where practical.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your box ships. Once it is in the carrier's hands we cannot pull it back, but the damaged-item policy above still applies on arrival.

Returns

Because our boxes contain food products, we cannot accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, contact us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Substitutions — the no-surprises rule

We do not make surprise substitutions. If an included product becomes unavailable before we pack your box, we will contact you with an equivalent option, a delayed-shipment option, or a refund. You pick.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
